Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist Lead to join our team at Menorah Medical Center. As a Respiratory Therapist Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing patients in all service lines, including Adult, Pediatric, and Neonatal Critical Care. You will work closely with our team to ensure optimal staffing levels, make schedule adjustments as needed, and provide coaching and training to staff members.

Responsibilities
  • Assure optimal staffing levels
  • Make schedule adjustments as needed
  • Coach and train staff members
  • Oversee specialty projects delegated by the Director
  • Provide patient care as needed
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
  • Three years of experience in Respiratory Therapy, including Critical Care areas such as adult, pediatric, and neonatal care
  • Registered with the NBRC as an Advanced Practitioner (RRT)
  • Licensed with the Kansas Board of Healing Arts as an RCP
  • BLS required upon hire and maintained throughout employment
  • NRP within 6 months of hire
  • PALS within 6 months of hire
  • ACLS within 6 months of hire
