Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Hand & Stone - Riverside County. Responsibilities
  • Treatment Planning: Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs, taking into account their medical history, preferences, and goals.
  • Client Experience: Create an excellent experience for members and guests through a friendly and helpful attitude, ensuring they feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and satisfied with their visit.
  • Client Acquisition: Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships, leveraging your expertise and knowledge of our services to attract new customers.
  • Professionalism and Cleanliness: Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas, adhering to state licensing laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations, ensuring you are properly licensed and certified to practice massage therapy.
  • Liability Insurance: Must carry liability insurance to protect yourself and our company in case of any accidents or injuries.
  • Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff, ensuring seamless interactions and excellent customer service.
  • Modalities: Knowledge of Swedish Massage is required, while knowledge of other various modalities (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue) is preferred but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members.
  • Belief in Massage Therapy: Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork, aligning with our company's mission and values.
