**Nighttime Pastry Artisan**

**Role Responsibilities:**

As a Nighttime Pastry Artisan, you will be responsible for:

• Crafting a variety of baked goods and pastries each night, adhering to Panera's high standards.
• Executing essential tasks such as preparation, sanitation, and inventory management.
• Collaborating with café managers and team members to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Must be at least 18 years old to operate all necessary equipment.
• Some high school education is required; a diploma or GED is preferred.
• Previous experience in baking, food service, or restaurant environments is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours (approximately 9 PM to 8 AM).
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Meet the physical demands of the position.
