Host/Hostess Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our team at Old Chicago Pizza. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide guests safely and professionally to their tables while engaging in warm and friendly conversation.
  • Demonstrate genuine hospitality during every interaction, whether it's over the phone or in person.
  • Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests.
  • Be a team player with a can-do attitude to deliver 100% guest satisfaction.
