Restorative Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to join our team at Parkview Manor. As a Restorative Aide, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the provision of regular resident care, including personal care and restorative or rehabilitative care
- Provide active and passive range of motion, ambulation, and positioning to residents
- Notify licensed staff of resident complaints or concerns
- Record ambulation and other care activities on resident records
- Minimum one year of Long-Term Care experience
- Current Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Iowa
- Ability to work every other weekend and participate in socialization activities
