Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is between $17 and $19 per hour, depending on location and experience. In addition to competitive wages, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, 401K, paid time off, and discounts on Dunkin' products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing crew and provide coaching and development opportunities to improve performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that every customer leaves satisfied.

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
