Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Health Information Management Specialist to join our team at Unity Health Care. As a Health Information Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing medical records, including scanning and filing documents.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with patients and providers to resolve medical record discrepancies and address concerns.
