Mardigan Executive is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing a team, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee financial operations, including inventory/asset accounting, foreign currency experience, and full month-end close.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of financial tasks and projects.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, tax preparers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, laws, and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial analysis and management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
- Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks, and other relevant tools and technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
