Policyholder Advocate

Key Responsibilities

As a Policyholder Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders. This includes managing inbound calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

You will also be required to process client policy modifications, confirm client insurance coverage, and provide evidence of insurance papers to policyholders. In addition, you will need to contact clients for concerns or complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and monitor the situation to ensure that the issue is resolved.

Salary Estimate: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent needed

• Previous customer service experience required

• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
