About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Airport Lounge Attendant at The Club. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and organized environment, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless experience for passengers.

Hourly Rate: $16.00-$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, including kitchen and passenger seating areas.
  • Restock food and beverage offerings, ensuring adequate supplies for passengers.
  • Process daily inventory and orders, ensuring accurate records and efficient restocking.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to passenger needs and concerns.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Related experience in customer service or restaurant/bar service desired.
  • Ability to pass airport authority security background checks.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (as applicable by law).
