About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Reliant Rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy and related services to patients, including screening and evaluation, development of treatment plans, and discharge planning.
  • Supervise and direct physical therapist assistants (PTAs) and rehabilitation technicians (RTs) in skilled tasks during group and individual treatment.
  • Build and maintain a strong physical therapy program, enhancing clinical expertise and professional skills through interaction with managers, therapists, and other staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant payment models, billing guidelines, and clinically appropriate means of delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control procedures and environmental safety protocols within facilities.
Requirements
  • A graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited school of physical therapy.
  • A valid physical therapist state license.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in clinical documentation.
  • Basic internet navigation skills.
