We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Self Medical Group in a full-time position focused on Advanced Gastroenterology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct medical histories and physical exams, and provide treatment to patients in accordance with established medical plans of care, critical pathways, and Self Regional Healthcare and Self-Medical Group policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with providers in Neurosurgery and Physiatry, and perform rounding at Self Regional Healthcare on Neurosurgery patients.
- Assist with discharge summaries and orders as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Medical Director and Director.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing or PA program.
- Current licensure and certification.
- Significant practice experience in private practice or institutional setting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.
