**Job Title:** Therapist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions to residents at the Youth Center. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Social Work and a valid Michigan Social Work License. Experience in providing treatment to adolescents and knowledge of best practices in treatment modalities for juvenile offenders and their families is required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions to residents
* Evaluate and assess residents' emotional stability and develop and monitor progress toward therapy goals
* Testify in court and provide written assessments of residents' progress

**Requirements:**

* Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited university
* Valid Michigan Social Work License
* 2+ years of experience in providing treatment to adolescents
* Knowledge of best practices in treatment modalities for juvenile offenders and their families
