We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team at Upson Regional Medical Center in Thomaston, GA.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that provides inpatient care to a 115-bed acute care facility. The successful candidate will work closely with the Clinical Nutrition Manager to provide exemplary patient care, including:

  • Providing nutritional care for a variety of inpatient units
  • Performing quality improvement initiatives such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays
  • Educating healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
  • Eligibility for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24, or a Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
