Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize toilets, showers, sinks, and countertops, as well as dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area, including cleaning the stove, oven, and microwave, and completely cleaning and sanitizing the refrigerator and discarding leftovers weekly.
  • Laundry and Linens: Wash, dry, and fold towels and linens, and make beds in mobile housing units.
  • Trash and Recycling: Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supplies and request or purchase additional items as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to any maintenance or repair requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous housekeeping or general maintenance experience is required.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this position.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with managers are essential.
Working Conditions

This position requires working in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat, and exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet, and humid conditions. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is also required.
