Job Title: RN - Labor & Delivery

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a Labor and Delivery setting. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, providing high-quality care and support during one of the most significant moments in their lives.

Job Summary:

This is a travel nursing opportunity for a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in obstetrics and gynecology, with experience in labor and delivery settings. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to laboring women and their families
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
  • Participate in emergency situations, such as cesarean sections and postpartum hemorrhage
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience in labor and delivery
  • BCLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
