Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Facilities Supervisor. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our residents, staff, and contractors to resolve maintenance-related issues and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion of service requests
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
  • Perform routine inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and contractors to resolve maintenance-related issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., facilities management, construction management)
  • At least 3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
  • Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
