Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledgers
  • Prepare intricate financial statements for both domestic and international entities
  • Manage the compilation and analysis of budgets
  • Consolidate financial outcomes for various business divisions
  • Coordinate accounting and financial operations across different departments
  • Assist in the preparation for audits and develop comprehensive financial reports
  • Evaluate financial processes and propose improvements
  • Generate management reports and address ad-hoc requests
  • Perform additional responsibilities as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
  • CPA or CMA certification is preferred
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and SAP/HFM/OneStream
  • Experience in mining or manufacturing accounting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to excel in a dynamic environment
Compensation: $87,000-$121,000 annually, with potential additional incentives based on performance
