KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT

  • Implementing established client engagement strategies to support sales initiatives and foster client relationships.
  • Serving as the initial point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring appropriate resolutions and responses.
  • Setting clear objectives for service interactions, utilizing standard materials for client presentations, and assessing client interest to identify areas needing further clarification.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

  • Contributing to client engagement plans to communicate product launches effectively.
  • Acting as the primary contact for complex client inquiries, ensuring timely and suitable responses.
  • Developing solutions based on a thorough understanding of client needs and challenges.
  • Providing insights to product development teams to tailor offerings to client specifications.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Practicing active listening and maintaining objectivity in problem-solving.
  • Seeking and offering regular feedback for continuous improvement.

HEALTH, SAFETY, AND COMPLIANCE

  • Exercising care for personal and others' safety in the workplace, adhering to relevant legislative requirements and IMDEX Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policies.
  • Utilizing and maintaining personal protective equipment and reporting unsafe conditions promptly.
  • Ensuring personal actions do not negatively impact the health and safety of others.

RISK MANAGEMENT AND COMPLIANCE

  • Experience with client relationship management systems (CRM).
  • Familiarity with industry processes related to drilling and mining.
  • Knowledge of drilling optimization, rock knowledge, and data analytics, including understanding specific IMDEX technologies and their applications.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Completion of secondary education.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the mining sector.
  • Preferred experience in the mining industry.
  • Proficiency with client relationship management systems (CRM).
  • Understanding of industry processes related to drilling and mining.
  • Knowledge of drilling optimization, rock knowledge, and data analytics, including familiarity with IMDEX technologies.
