About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our restaurant facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Assist with maintenance of restaurant equipment, including fryers, ovens, and HVAC systems
  • Take out and empty trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Unload delivery trucks and assist with inventory management
  • Change light bulbs and perform other minor repairs as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

You will also need to be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
