Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of civil projects from conceptual phase to final design, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key clients in the region, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist in direct marketing efforts, including proposal writing, trade show/conference attendance, and business development.
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of projects, including cost control, staffing, and quality control, ensuring client satisfaction and industry recognition.
  • Maintain industry recognition through prominence in state and regional professional associations, promoting and maintaining the presence and image of Beam Longest and Neff L. in the marketplace.
Requirements
  • BS in Civil Engineering with 10-15 years of related experience.
  • Expertise in drinking water and wastewater treatment plant modeling and design.
  • Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Indiana or the ability to obtain PE within 6 months.
  • Funding and Review Agency expertise.
  • Knowledge and experience with plant operations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Established relationships with clients.
  • Active in relevant professional organizations/societies.
