Key Responsibilities- Repair and/or replace equipment and fixtures as necessary, including floors, ceiling, walls, doors, cabinets, and light bulbs.
- Assist management with special projects, such as remodels and new store openings.
- Maintain accurate and timely inventory of parts and equipment.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment, completing tasks in a timely manner while considering the needs of associates and customers.
- High School Graduate or Equivalent (GED)
- One year experience with a combination of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other maintenance skills
- Experience with food equipment is strongly preferred
- Good communication skills, written and verbal, to communicate and/or document maintenance needs and status of projects
- Basic math, writing, and computer skills related to mechanic aptitude/maintenance

Employees must be able to work weekends, holidays, days, and night hours, and overtime as necessary and as assigned, and must be able to work in the condition specified for 8-10 hours shift as assigned.
Travel requirements vary by assignment.
