We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Saint Thomas West in Nashville, TN. This 24-bed Renal Dialysis unit is a fast-paced Medical Surgical unit that provides care for adult patients with a variety of diagnoses, including renal transplants, transplant rejection, diabetic ketoacidosis, infectious processes, pre and post procedural care, and end-of-life care.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse on our team, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring patient care plans, monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition as appropriate, serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders, and assessing and coordinating patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience, education, and qualifications.
