We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiopulmonary Unit team at Ascension St. John Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines, ensuring that patients receive well-coordinated care.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, working with other healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth transition to home or other care settings.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
