About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our Production team at Seakeeper. As a key member of our assembly line, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and test products according to standard operating procedures and quality control guidelines
  • Prepare and maintain production areas, including equipment and tools, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Collaborate with production supervisors and team members to meet production targets and quality standards
  • Identify and report any quality control issues or production bottlenecks to management
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for long periods
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
