Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our front desk hospitality team at Kampgrounds Enterprises, Inc.

About the Role: As a Front Desk Hospitality Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling check-ins, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check-in guests, ensuring all necessary information is provided and their stay is smooth and enjoyable.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, handling reservations, answering questions, and providing information about the park and its amenities.
  • Facilitate guest ticket purchases for area attractions and assist with souvenir sales.
  • Perform light janitorial duties and assist other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and attitude towards guests and fellow team members.
  • Ability to work at high altitude - 7,000ft.
