About the Job

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. With a focus on flexibility and work-life balance, we offer a unique schedule that allows you to choose your shifts and work at your own pace.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities, including measuring and monitoring vital signs and reporting to your supervisor as necessary.
  • Be accountable for following and adhering to resident care plans, observing conditions, and communicating with the broader nursing team.
  • Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting, and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Serve as a conduit between medical staff and residents, and communicate with visitors.
  • Offer a compassionate ear to residents and provide much-valued companionship.
Requirements
  • Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures.
  • Strong observational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with medical professionals and residents.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
