Urology Nurse Practitioner

Banner Health is seeking a highly motivated Stroke Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Comprehensive Level IV Stroke Center in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with acute stroke management needs.
**Requirements:**
Licensed RN and APRN in Arizona
Board certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC) or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP-BC)
Earned doctoral degree (DNP; PhD preferred)
Post-graduate fellowship education and training in acute stroke management OR willingness to complete post-graduate fellowship education and training on the job within 12 months of hire
ANVP board certified (ANVP-BC) OR must sit for ANVP board certification and successfully pass it within 12 months of hire
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience in an acute stroke nurse practitioner role
Professional publication track record with publications in high-impact journals
Independent or semi-independent scientific researcher with a track record of grant funding
