Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, running food, and serving cocktails and other refreshments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legible communication and directions to guests.
  • Compute basic arithmetic to process transactions accurately.
  • Perform job duties with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Prioritize, organize, and follow up on guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
  • Follow directions thoroughly and work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
  • Work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Server in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
