You will be responsible for managing, overseeing, and operating all aspects within your pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.

A key component of this role is keeping customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs. You will lead with heart, displaying empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues on your team.

This position requires a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and implementing meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance. The successful candidate will adapt to change, adjust plans, and thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting.

We anticipate the salary range for this role to be approximately $65.00 - $81.00 per hour, based on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan and employee stock purchase plan.
