Banquet Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Banquet Server to join our team at Pyramid Global Hospitality. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for setting up banquet rooms, serving food and beverages, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

• Set up banquet rooms according to specifications, including linen, serviceware, and glassware.
• Attend roll call meetings to learn function particulars and guest expectations.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Serve food and beverages in the order and to the expectation of the Banquet Captain.
• Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
• Practice teamwork and cleanliness policies.
• Reset banquet rooms after events to ensure readiness for the next function.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
