About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Truck Driver CDL A to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc.

As a Local UDS Driver, you will be responsible for delivering our products to small retailers on a set route, utilizing a tractor trailer and other equipment as needed.

You will manually unload your truck using a hand dolly, build rapport with our customers, and stock shelves and coolers as requested by the customer.

No previous experience is required, and you will receive hands-on training upon hire.

Shift and Schedule

This is a Monday through Friday position, with a shift start time of 5:30am until the route is finished.

Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is a must.

Local routes will be the primary focus of this position.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

You should enjoy interacting with people and prefer to be off your truck rather than sitting behind the wheel.

You should also enjoy staying active and be excited to spend the majority of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products.

Total Rewards

This position offers a competitive pay rate starting at $27.58 per hour, with the opportunity to move to a higher rate of $29.07 per hour in the quarter after your 6 month anniversary.

Benefits, subject to eligibility, include medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED), be at least 21 years of age, and possess a valid Commercial Driver's License A (CDL A).

You should also be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly and maintain a valid DOT Driver Qualification File.
