**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide daily support and care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
• Develop and implement individualized plans to promote residents' independence and self-advocacy.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure seamless support and communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of resident progress and activities.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive group environment, promoting social skills and community engagement.

**Requirements:**

• Completed training as an educator or social care worker.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our residents.
• Willingness to further qualify as a pedagogical specialist.
