Garrison Dental Solutions LLC is a private, purpose-driven business that values innovation and dedication to improving dentistry worldwide. As a leading provider of dental solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team.

As an integral part of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by connecting with existing and potential customers and educating them on the benefits of our products. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment making 100+ outbound calls per day.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to work in a technical sales environment and close deals effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is preferred, but not required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience, with opportunities for professional development through company-sponsored training and tuition reimbursement. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life, short-term and long-term disability, accident, and critical illness insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer contributions and profit sharing.

In this role, you will:

  • Utilize business-to-business (B2B) warm-calling techniques to engage potential customers, nurture relationships, and exceed sales objectives
  • Apply your sales prowess to maximize your efforts through cross-selling and up-selling products
  • Educate key contacts and decision-makers on product usage, ratings, safety, and performance
  • Provide live product demos to educate potential customers in a virtual environment
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
  • Utilize the Customer Relations Management (CRM) database to track sales activities, manage customer interactions effectively, and ensure accuracy of system data
  • Demonstrate and sell product as company representative at several annual trade shows, seminars, and other networking events

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced telephone sales environment making 100+ outbound calls per day
  • Proficiency in technical sales and customer service, with proven negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and math skills
  • Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is preferred
