Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and support with residents' activities of daily living in a professional, kind, and caring manner.
  • Assist with serving meals, observing and reporting changes in residents' appetite and physical abilities to eat and drink.
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities, promote socialization, and enhance overall resident satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to our high standards of quality care.

Requirements:

  • Experience in caregiving for older adults preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Desire to work with older adults and possess a friendly, caring disposition.
  • Must be 18 years of age and pass a satisfactory criminal history check.

Benefits:

  • $1,000 Sign-on Bonus.
  • $500 after 90 days of service.
  • $500 after 6 months of service.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
