Overview

At Road Runner Sports, we're looking for a skilled Merchandise Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our merchandise management team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise shipments and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Salary

We offer a competitive base pay of $16.50 per hour, plus incentives for outstanding performance.

Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing merchandise shipments
  • Managing store inventory accuracy and performing regular cycle counts
  • Working with multiple departments to process merchandise returns and acknowledge receipt of shipments
  • Communicating with the fulfillment center regarding any discrepancies or quality issues discovered during receiving and auditing
  • Assisting on the sales floor as needed, including greeting customers and answering phones

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in inventory or merchandise support
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
