Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at SunCrest Home Health. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home
Work within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing the practice of nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team
Complete progress notes for each visit and submit progress notes to the agency daily
Continually observe and report the patient's nursing needs
Instruct the patient's family in the care of the patient and maintenance of a healthy environment for the patient
Requirements:
Current LPN licensure in state of practice
Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
CPR Certification required
