S&S Property Management Inc is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Facilities Maintenance Specialist who is passionate about ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of residents and the upkeep of the community.

As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing: Electrical systems, plumbing (including water lines), and HVAC systems.
  • Maintaining appliances: When applicable, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Overseeing outdoor systems: Water irrigation, pool areas, and outdoor furniture.
  • Addressing structural elements: Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, and flooring.
  • Managing lighting: Interior and exterior lights, including ceiling fixtures and security systems.
  • Handling safety features: Fireplaces, ceiling fans, gas fixtures, and door locks.

Applicants must possess a reliable vehicle for transportation and be available for weekend rotations and emergency on-call situations.

Preferred qualifications include HVAC, EPA, and CPO certifications or relevant experience.
