Position Overview
As a key player in Netflix's Corporate Treasury team, you will be entrusted with overseeing the company's financial structure, managing risks, and handling cash and banking operations. This includes a substantial debt portfolio, a significant foreign currency hedging initiative, and considerable cash reserves. We seek a dynamic treasury expert eager to advance their career within our global treasury operations team. This role is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance three times a week, and will report to the Senior Treasury Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for global treasury operations.
- Facilitate global cash forecasting, liquidity management, and reporting, including foreign exchange settlements and intercompany transactions.
- Manage bank accounts, including the establishment of new entities, account closures, and structural changes.
- Collaborate with banking partners to select optimal products and services for top-tier treasury operations.
- Provide treasury insights and support to cross-functional teams such as Accounts Payable, Payroll, Tax, and Finance Operations.
- Engage with local finance teams regarding treasury services for both self-managed and partner-managed projects.
- Contribute to system implementation initiatives aimed at enhancing automation.
- Assist in data validation and reconciliation to refine treasury dashboards and reporting.
- Oversee various treasury-related tasks and special projects as required.
- Train business partners on online banking systems and products as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Economics.
- CTP certification is advantageous.
- 5-8 years of treasury experience in a multinational environment, particularly in treasury operations.
- Proactive learner who takes ownership of tasks and sees them through to completion.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as this role involves extensive collaboration with banks and teams across various regions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of international banking products and services.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accountability for business outcomes.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities are crucial for success in this role.
- Familiarity with RPA, SQL, and Google Apps Script (Java) is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation framework is based solely on an annual salary, with no bonuses.
