Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, handling customer purchases, returns, and exchanges, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and needs, and incorporating suggestive selling techniques to enhance the customer experience.
  • Handle and accurately process customer transactions, including cash and credit sales, returns, exchanges, and store credits.
  • Assist with replenishing merchandise, store layout, recovery, and general housekeeping of the store.
  • Maintain awareness of product knowledge information, POS instructions, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
  • Meet physical requirements, including standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and climbing a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies.
