Key Responsibilities and Expectations
This role requires a licensed or certified clinician in healthcare (RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP, Recreational Therapist, Respiratory Therapist, case manager/social worker) with QI Credentialedo and UDS IRF PPS Certification after 2 years in the PASC role. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience, effective communication skills, and preferably experience in rehab or post-acute care. As a key member of the team, you will contribute significantly to improving the lives of those in our care.
Estimated Annual Salary: $62,000 - $80,000
