Job Summary

The Licensed Nursing Assistant will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide direct and indirect patient care. This includes assisting patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing. You will also be responsible for reporting changes in patient condition, patient/family concerns, or complaints to the charge nurse and/or supervisor.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with ADLs, including personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing
  • Report changes in patient condition, patient/family concerns, or complaints to the charge nurse and/or supervisor
  • Participate in the care planning process
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
