REQUIREMENTS:

Licensed Registered Nurse with substantial experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year in a leadership role
Proficient in clinical practices including medication administration
Current nursing license in the state of Maryland
Certifications:
  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • Valid BLS certification

Extensive experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overseeing the comprehensive operations of the urgent care facility under the guidance of the Medical Director;
Ensuring adherence to Patient First policies and procedures by all center personnel;
Coordinating work schedules for center staff;
Maintaining effective communication and relationships among patients, clients, and staff;
Conducting interviews, hiring, and performance evaluations of center personnel;
Supervising and reviewing operational checklists for each department within the center;

Managing the processing of all administrative paperwork related to payroll, hiring, evaluations, pay adjustments, staffing, budgets, inventory, and pharmacy operations.


Delivering exceptional, friendly customer service in all interactions;
Promoting teamwork and a positive, professional environment;
Completing additional tasks as assigned.
