About the Role:

This is a salaried position with a competitive compensation package estimated at $70,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce analytics and a proven track record of driving sales growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify sales growth opportunities across multiple channels, including Amazon.
  • Analyze purchase orders, demographic orders, seasonal sales, lost sales, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns on Amazon, including Amazon SEO, AMS advertising, and headline, product, and display advertising.
  • Manage multiple Amazon accounts and products, ensuring accurate inventory levels, compliance reporting, and performance ratings.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and create marketing strategies to drive product sales on Amazon.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement e-commerce strategies that align with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a focus on data analysis and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's systems and ability to navigate them effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail.
