Key Responsibilities- Provide quality customer service to park visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain and clean park facilities, including restrooms, showers, and other buildings, to ensure a clean and safe environment for visitors.
- Perform various duties as needed, including landscaping, mowing, firewood processing, structure maintenance, sign creation, trail upkeep, carpentry, and plumbing.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as inventory management, reporting, and budgeting.
- Monitor park activities and report any issues or concerns to management.
- Enforce park regulations and ensure visitor safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license required.
