- Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure all visual standards are met.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive team dynamic.
- Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience: A plus, but not required.
- Ability to Multitask: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role.
- Competitive Pay: $16 - $17.63 per hour.
