Sandblaster Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sandblaster to join our team at Aerotek. As a Sandblaster, you will be responsible for performing sandblasting operations on steel structures to ensure proper surface preparation for painting and coating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate sandblasting equipment, including compressors, nozzles, and abrasive materials.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
  • Maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and report any malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet project schedules and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience with sandblasting and heavy labor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
