Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC is seeking a skilled Eating Disorder Clinical Management Professional to join our team at Monte Nido Portland. This role plays a vital part in managing clinical functions and leading the treatment team for adults with eating disorders.

About Us
Monte Nido Portland is a premier residential treatment program dedicated to helping adults overcome eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction. Our comprehensive approach focuses on restoring physiological and nutritional balance, promoting healthy habits, eliminating harmful behaviors, and fostering motivation for lasting recovery.

Salary Range
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Clinical Director in overseeing the admission process and clinical intake process.
- Provide effective leadership to the clinical staff, have knowledge of the organization, provide marketing support for the facility, and help direct all activities within Monte Nido & Affiliates in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Oversee the entire clinical function of the facility, ensuring compliance with standards of State and Federal regulations.
- Participate in on-call rotation as identified by site leadership.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related services field, preferably knowledgeable in eating disorders.
- A minimum of 1 year experience with eating disorder clients.
- Licensed to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable, required.
- CPR certification required.
