- Conduct site assessments and develop plans for installation and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on telecommunications equipment and systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in telecommunications tower installation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems, including towers, antennas, and transmission lines.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions per prints.
- Working knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to climb towers, lift 50 pounds, and work up to 12 hours.
- Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company policy conditions.
