Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor - Sawmill Creek

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Sawmill Creek, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring our rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff to maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient room turnover and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Provide training and coaching to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to maintain a clean and well-stocked housekeeping department.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field; supervisory experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull a cart over 100 pounds.
  • Pass a background check and random drug test.
